About Trisquare

Trisquare Amethyst in Coimbatore offers luxurious 3 and 4 BHK villas within a gated community. Spanning 2 acres, it features 39 elegantly designed villas with state-of-the-art amenities such as a clubhouse, gym, and solar-powered common areas. Emphasizing modern living and sustainability, the community ensures security with CCTV surveillance and uninterrupted power backup. Strategically located near key areas in Coimbatore, it combines convenience with comfort, making it an ideal choice for urban living.

The Problem

Being in the real estate sector, the client was facing challenges with their marketing efforts. They approached many service providers before reaching us, as they were not satisfied with the results. The main challenge was the digital absence, and as a result, they were unable to enter the market; they were unable to showcase their service capabilities and highlight the benefits and value propositions. They struggled to communicate with their target sector due to the fragmented data and weak social engagement.


  • No website was a big concern: The client was doing a fabulous job in their real estate niche. But there was no platform where they could showcase their projects and pull in more enquiries. A lot was happening - but nothing was given importance.


  • Lead management:The generation of offline leads through cold calling and direct marketing was insufficient and not properly managed.
